Born and raised in the Waikato, Sam's love for film started in with stop-motion videos in his parents garage. He moved to Tamaki Makauau to study a BA in Screen Arts and is now working as a freelance editor and tutor. He has experiece in feature lenght documentaries, music videos, and short films.
